Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and scripts work in a comparable way; in this policy "cookies" covers all of them. This policy explains which cookies www.elhabra.com uses and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Who Is Responsible

This website is operated by Hacienda El Habra, Manabí, Ecuador, a member of the ANDEANFLAVORS consortium. Our cookie banner is built and hosted on our own website using the consortium's privacy standard; no third-party consent service receives your data.

Cookie Categories

Necessary cookies make the website work, keep forms secure and remember your privacy choices; they cannot be switched off. Functionality & experience cookies enable embedded content such as maps or videos. Measurement cookies help us understand how the website is used. Marketing cookies are used for advertising and remarketing. Every category except Necessary stays off until you switch it on.

• eh_consent — Necessary · first-party (elhabra.com) · stores your consent choices: a random ID, the policy version, the date and the categories you allowed · expires after 12 months.

• PHPSESSID — Necessary · first-party · may be set when you submit our quote form, to process the submission securely · deleted when you close your browser.

We do not currently use measurement or marketing cookies. If we add any, they will be listed here with their provider, purpose and duration, and they will only run after you consent.

Third-Party Content and Links

Links to our consortium partners (ANDEANFLAVORS, TAVORO and Cacao-Factory-Pro) are plain links and set no cookies on this website; those websites have their own cookie notices. Any embedded third-party content that sets cookies only loads after you allow the matching category.

To demonstrate that we respect your choices, as required by the GDPR, LGPD and Ecuador's LOPDP, our server records each choice: date and time, random consent ID, policy version, categories allowed, whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal, language, approximate region from your time zone, page and a shortened IP address. We do not record your name, email or full IP address, and we keep these records for up to three years after your last choice.

How to Manage or Withdraw Consent

Rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them: use "Reject all" in the banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time with "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of every page or the round privacy button in the corner of the screen. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an opt-out of marketing, sale and sharing. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the website may then stop working.

Changes and Contact

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and its policy version, and the banner will ask for your consent again. For questions, write to info@andeanflavor.com. Our Privacy Policy explains your full rights under the GDPR, LGPD, FADP, US state laws and Ecuador's LOPDP.
